An item pouch simply holds a list of items. You can create an instance of an item pouch from Assets > Create > Inventool > Items > Item Pouch.
Each item pouch can have any number of items. Item amounts can be set from the field below the item's icon. You can add items by searching for the item scriptable object from the 'Add Item' field. To remove an item, click on it and then click 'Remove'.
